I suddenly have a brother-in-law who's a PhD student in law. Just when I was worrying about my major, I ended up chatting with him all morning. My grades aren't great (probably around 550), and he said a lot of liberal arts majors are dead ends. After ruling out all the ones I can't pick, there's barely anything left. Even the law major groups have some bad options bundled in. He then said it doesn't matter—just pick schools from the selection list for定向选调. Even if I end up in a less ideal major, it'll still help with the law master's exam. Now I'm totally confused.
Lately I've been fixing up the website, one thing at a time, so I've been busy too. Since I only brought my Surface Pro 9 back to my hometown, I can't edit videos, so I'm just doing what I can for now. The reason is pretty unlucky—I'm planning to start a new article and write it properly.
I'm broke, broke. The server is about to expire too. Digital Ocean changed their pricing, so cheap servers are hard to find. I bought an Oracle one today to fill in. Afraid it might crash, so I need to back things up regularly.
That's all for now.
